I note that the regs call for a "Honda Civic rear spoiler". I wonder if
the poster who insisted factory rear spoilers were strictly cosmetic has
noticed this?

.... I guess it still could be cosmetic... why not call Ralph Luciw at (416)
802-7139 and ask why it's necessary.

it is the weight of the spoiler, making all the cars even.

Which means they were all the same weight before. Is this how Canadians

I would tend to believe that there is an advantage to having the rear
spoiler... F1 and NASCAR have 'em so they must be doing something... maybe
just a little less at 1/2 speed.

Some of the cars came without the spoiler, just making the field even.
