I'm not so sure about that. Crown Vics like to go boom into flames. Dead
cops to prove it.

The positives for this are lower insurance rates and they aren't driving
cop radars.
But a Crown Vic?? Not on my watch.

I think he was talking about the old Crown Vic/Towncars - the squareish
ones from the mid 90s.

Yes, but people finance used cars as well. So the point is, "used does
not require full coverage" is untrue. "PAID FOR does not require full
coverage" is more accurate. Still not necessarily the smart thing to
do (depending on one's circumstances), but accurate.
