How does one access the driver's side parking light to replace it? Any advice?

Should be open the hood, remove one screw.

It depends on what country you're in. In England, you have to get the
owner's manual out of the 'glove box' which is on the LEFT side of the
dash, which tells you how to change the bulb on the right side of the car.

In America / Canada, the owner's manual is kept on the RIGHT side, and
tells you how to change the bulb on the LEFT side of the car.

In north America, the toll-free number is 1-800-782-4356 to order
manuals with the Credit Card. My CRV Owner's Manual says to remove the
fender liner, but yours may be different.
