I just bought a 2002 Accord LX from a friend of mine and a couple of days
later I get this wierd problem with the idle. It doesn't happen all of the
time, but at least once or twice daily. All of a sudden, the idle will go
up and down like I'm tapping on the gas or something. Goes from about 900
to 2500rpm's. Sometimes it stops when I shut it off and restart it.
Irritates the heck out me and I hope someone in this group know a fix for
it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Is the rad full to the very top, and the expansion tank full half-way?
