Yes I did this exercise about 6 months ago.
I decided on the Accord Euro (aka Acura TSX) after driving the Mazda 6. More
power for the Honda and the Auto gearbox is far superior on the Honda.

Mazda is a Ford. Accord is too expensive. I would get the Altima. $14,900 for a
Lexus GS look-alike (interior).





How to turn off 'Maintenance Required" light:

1. Hold trip/reset button on dash
2. Turn key to "ON" or start engine
3. Hold button til light goes out

Don't think you could go wrong with either car but I have not read any
reviews stating that the Honda Accord Euro gearbox is FAR SUPERIOR than the
Mazda 6. Both get excellent reviews.

You gotta be kidding me right.... As an ex-owner of a '98 GS300, I can tell
you that there is no look-alike there. And can you even compare quality and
interior features of the two cars?

I did it too.... ended up with the Accord Coupe EX V6. I really like the
styling of the Mazda 6 but the Accord Coupe has really grown on me.

I couldn't stand the interior of the Mazda 6 and seeing that I spend most of
my time stuck in traffic... the interior of the Accord bought me over.
Another factor was reliability... which hands down goes in favor of Honda.
The Mazda 6 did have a better (sporty) drive then the Accord.

Also there was an issue with rust on the Mazda 6... happening on the doors.
Search for it on Google or visit some Mazda 6 forums to see what you find!

As an owner of a GS, I can tell you there's nothing special about this car. And
considering it costs $25,000 more than an Altima, it really isn't worth it.
