This is the passenger door window - yes?... and neither switch works, neither the driver's door nor the passenger one? Can you hear the motor trying to turn? Does throwing the switch dim the lights a touch? Do the electric locks work? Do the window mechanisms have separate fuses? That'd be the first thing to check. Then make sure the wire harness connectors which plug into *both* doors are properly seated - if you ever have bodywork done on a door, the shops often break the latch on the connector and it eases out of its socket. After that you'll have to open the door up and find what's wrong - see if power is getting to the motor or if the glass is off the regulator bar etc. etc. Rgds, George Macdonald "Just because they're paranoid doesn't mean you're not psychotic" - Who, me?? |
