Has anyone heard of experience this problem? The steering wheel of my
car seems to start making a squeeky sound everytime I make a turn. It is especially noticeable when I make a slight turn like straightening my car in the highway for example. A full 90 degrees turn does not seem to aggrevate it or it could be because when I make those turns, I turn the wheel fast, so the sound is minimized. The sound can be really noticed when I turn the wheel slightly to either side back and forth. Could this be low power steering fluid? The weather here in the northeast has been tremendously cold in the last 3 weeks. Sometimes, it drops below 0 degrees. If anyone know of this problem, please advice. Thank you. |

Probably the rubber bushing need some silicone grease, I use spray and is
good for a few days. "Bob James" <BobJames355@hotmail.com> wrote in message news:919240db.0401261753.36a0c53d@posting.google.c om... > Has anyone heard of experience this problem? Thanks for the suggestion. How do you I put some silicone grease? Do
I need to take out the whole steering wheel? I sprayed some, maybe 5 or 6 sprays, WD-40 using the plastic straw nozzle extension. It's still there.
