I have an old 4 door Accord. No rust, haven't had any leaks but I've had a sporadic problem opening the door for while and now today it won;t open at all. Anybody else have this problem and have a solution? Locks work with key and electric locks work inside. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem with a 93 Del Sol but I don't know if the door
innards are the same on an Accord. You will have to remove the inner door
panel to remove the handle assembly from the door. On my car, the handle
actuation/locking mechanism is press fit into the handle assembly and it
fell out because the handle material cracked around where the assembly is
press fit in. I was able to reinsert the mechanism into the handle and use
crazy glue to keep it in place. It has lasted for 2 years. It is not
easy working in there as there is very little room to fit both hands and
