1996 auto trans Accord EX. When below 20 the trans seems to slip into 4th.

Is this a sign the trans is going bad?

jp,

No, it's the sign that the ice crystals in you tranny fluid are causing
it to not work right. Change the tranny fluid. Your owner's manual will
tell you how long it's overdue.
