I have a 94 Honda Civic DX Coupe with a serious steering problem. When
driving the steering wheel pulls to the left and it does it a lot. I've
noticed that I have some noise coming from my front driver side wheel when I
turn right as I'm driving. At first I thought they were from my tires I had
just installed but I had them checked and I was told it's not. Then I was
suggested that it could be my rack and pinion, so I had it changed.

Just got the car back on Friday and today I have the same problem all over
again.

Can anyone please help me!

What kind of noise?... rubbing/scraping?... clicking/knocking?

When they do work based on a "suggested" fix, it's not good enough - the
diagnosis of this is easy stuff. Changing an expensive part/system like a
steering rack does not need to be done on a hit or miss basis.

Are the tires the correct size for the car?

A best guess would be a damaged suspension component or a bad ball joint or
bushing - possibly a wheel bearing. Jack the left front wheel up and check
for play... and where it seems to be.
