My 91 Accord has a loud, low, vibrating hum, loudest at idle. It
mostly goes away when the a/c is switched on. And, it seems like the sound comes from around the a/c compressor. Belts have been changed and adjusted; alternator replaced, and steering pump replaced. Is it the a/c clutch? If so, can I (and how) swap it out with the compressor lines attached? Thx! |

I don't see why not. On some Accords, I've only replace clutch outside of vehicle and without effort. |
