The passageway, from where the EGR valve sets on the intake manifold back to where the carburetor attaches to the manifold, is blocked. I have been trying to clear the passageway without removing the manifold from the engine. I have tried filling the cavity with Chemtool and letting it soak all night, and running a cable router as far back as it would go. I do not know for sure if I got the router in the correct place, most likely not. Does anyone out there have any ideas?
