I'm thinking of getting an EX (4 cyl - 2003/2004) but may need some
more cargo space. Would a roof rack interfere with the operation of
the moonroof?

Hi Sara,

I have a Thule rack with the specific feet for the Accord. No problems
with the moonroof.

Thanks! I appreciate your reply as I will be making a buying decision
soon and one of the few "minuses" for the Accord is the (relatively)
small trunk. Thought I might compensate by putting a cargo carrier on
the roof.

That trunk was a shock. it didn't look that small when I bought the
car, but coming from a Jetta, i'm amazed at how little room there is,
and the space created by folding down the rear seat is hardly
noticeable. I miss the Jetta. I do have a ski box for the Thule rack
though. Guess I'll be using it year round..

Wow, I think the trunk on my '03 Accord 4door is huge.
