Does 99 Accord V6 need to adjust the valves tappet clearance ?
If yes, what is the spec. ?

The spec should be on the sticker under the hood.

If it were my car, I'd check the valve adj. about every 30k miles.
If you do it yourself, you can keep a log of any valves that may go out of
adj more frequently then others.
Real experience will tell you how often YOUR engine needs it, but it's
better to be safe than sorry.
