1990 Prelude speedometer cable
Can anyone tell me if in 1990 honda used speedometer cables or
vehiccle speed sensors. I am trying to diagnose failed speedo. Cannot find out where the cable attaches to the transaxle or where it comes out of the firewall. I checked a couple of auto parts sites and no cable or speedo sensor is listed unless it is a Honda only part. I've looked all over the web for pictures of cable install, the Haynes manual is no help at all. Any help would be appreciated. I don't really want to pull the cluster if there is no cable.
