Default 92 Civic Dx D15B7 cylinder not firing

Please Help:

I recently developed a problem with my 92 Civic dx 1500cc. There
seems to be a cylinder that does not fire Cylinder(2). Here are some
of the steps I have
taken so far:
- new rotor and cap
- new cables
- new spark plugs
It was time to change them any way
So with that in mind I started to pull Spark plug wire while the
engine was running . This revealed that cylinder to was not firing. So
then I thought Fuel Injector. There was Voltage at the conectors and
the Ohm reading was correct on the injectors. But I still swicth the
2nd and 4th injectors. Again I pulled the wire and the 2nd cylinder is
not firing.
NOW I AM STUCK, WHAT SOULD I DO NEXT?????
