Where is this fuse located?

Don't know, but you can look it up. I assume you know the fog lamps
were dealer installed, and were not available as an option from the
factory. Go here http://www.hparts.com/instructions3.php3 and
download the instructions for your model. It should show you where
the fuse is installed.

Fuse is on bracket attached to battery.
