I have a 92 EX. I was getting a Error 43 code. So I did a "Complete"
tuneup, wires, plugs fuel filter, ect.I replaced the 02 sensor, I also reset the computer by disconnecting the battery cables and removing the 7.5 fuse. Now, about 5 secs after starting i get a error 41 code, which is o2 sensor heater malfunction. I checked all connectionsWhat do I need to check now?? Thanks for any help. D.L. |

The heater is internal to the O2 sensor, and the only remedy is to
replace the sensor. If it is the original sensor you have gotten about as much service out of it as you can expect. "D.L." wrote: > > I have a 92 EX. I was getting a Error 43 code. Heater circuit is part of the main relay, fuse, ECU, and the heater.
First, check heater resistance. Then at the ECU and O2 connector, with ign. ON, measure Yel/blk + and Or/Blk - There should be voltage. Both supply heater power. I may be off, see flow chart go to: http://www.honda.co.uk/owner/AccordManual/424/6-10.pdf Rick West coast, CA > Hi, > Its a Brand New O2 sensor.. > DL > > The heater is internal to the O2 sensor, and the only remedy is to > > replace the sensor.
