Default Sleazy ebay car dealer

http://makeashorterlink.com/?X32961C66

Basically, someone bought an Evo at an Ebay Auction for a dealership.
He ended up winning the auction and when he called to arrange payment,
they wouldn't sell him the car. Just read the first bit of the thread
and things will start making sense.

He should buy a similar vehicle at a different dealership, then sue the other
dealer for the difference in costs at a small claims court.

LOL!!! Now there are more than 100 pages of posts on that thread. I
came upon the thread a couple of days ago and there were a little over
60 pages then. Gotta love it.

He won!!!

They've agreed to sell him the same car at the agreed price.

Internet 1 Car dealers 0

Mind you, I'd be getting a full mechanical inspection of the car
to make sure they hadn't tweaked a few things on it...

Yeah, no kidding. Just from what they did, you can't put them above
doing something like that. And even after getting the car at the
auctioned price, the buyer I'm sure will still have some bitter
aftertaste from the whole experience.

I'm sorry to hear of your bad experience. Please let us know what eBay does
to handle this?
