I got a new filter and oil for my Prelude but I feel really stupid... I
can't find the oil filter on the engine. I'm used to '60s and '70s Fords, as I've owned two Galaxies and have worked on several friends old Fords, but I've never touched a modern car, let alone a foreign car. So can someone please help me out adn tell me where the oil filter is on the 1.8 engine? I've looked all over and don't see it. I was going to jack it up so I could crawl under and look, but I'm afraid I'll snap the thing in half as it doesn't have a frame and I don't know where to jack from. Anyway, thanks for any help you can offer. |

Never mind it was on the left side of the engine under the carbs. Wedged
between the engine and firewall. Not a very intuitive location if you ask me, but oh well.
