2003 CRV
I have a 2003 CRV with manual transmission. The engine RPM increases on its
own, like when I'm stationary and the engine is at idle if I was to turn the wheel the RPM will increase from idle to 1000-1400 without me touching the gas. Is this normal for this car? I've taken it to the dealers who can not find anything wrong with it. Joe.
