Does anyone know how to program a key fob for a 99 honda Civic EX?

with all the doors closed.. turn the key on, press lock, turn key off.
do this 3-4 times. you will hear locks actuate,when they do press
unlock and turn key off and remove. then test remote. you have to do
all the on off pressing within 15 seconds.
