I have a 1997 Acura CL - RED
I am thinking about re-painting the rear bumper. There is no damage, just faded paint that I would like re-painted. Any idea on how much such a job will cost me??? Any advice on where to go??? Any other tips??? Any help is greatly appreciated. |

I just had my front and rear bumpers repainted (I have a silver car) and he charged me $200. To do just the back bumper, he charged a relative of mine $125. Of course he's a friend and gave me a good deal. Expect to pay between $150-$300. |

Maybe you can bring the shine back with a cleaner. |

That's right. If the TL is the same as my integra, (Milano Red) it has 3
coats. Everytime I go to ICBC (Insurance Company) they always try to rip me off on this 3rd extra coat (paying me less money) but the shop, if it's good, will always call them and ask for money to do the 3rd coat. Otherwise your colour will be wrong. plus, your colour will be wrong anyway if your body hasn't been painted cos colour fades over time ... a good place can even paint to match!
