I just dropped a JDM engine in my civic, now it pulses with the throttle just
off idle in any gear. Also have the check engine light.. Car runs strong at
full throttle but idles rough. I used my injectors and O2 sensor, also
performed complete tune up with timing belt..
TPS maybe? Any words on what the TPS should read at idle and off idle? Thanks.

Did you change the computer to one specific to your new motor? May be different
in some cases.
What about the rest of the sensors? They would need to match your computer.

Looks like there is more than one connector with the same plug on the back of
the intake, I had the purge selenoid and the Idle air bypass valve swapped and
my 02 sensor is kicking a code... Car runs good now, gust need to swap the
sensor to clear the code.
