I have noticed that some posters to this forum are unhappy with
performance fo their Dueler H/T that came as original equipment on their new CRVs. The steel belt is poking through a foot-long seam on the left front tire on my 1999 CRV, 63,000 miles. The tread wear pattern looks even across face of tire since we have tires inspected/rotated per Honda maintenace schedule. For 2 years my wife was driving only about 10 miles a day, to and from school. Now she is driving about 60 miles/day to and from work. We live in Phoenix, Arizona; 95 percent highway driving in dry and wet conditions; rarely go to the snow (in the mountains). What is your experience with Dueler H/Ts? These tires have ratings of Temperature B, Traction B, Treadwear 180. The Bridgestone guy said that Firestone Affinity had better ratings. Thanks. |
