What kind of storage was the car in?....was it protected from the rain? How
long was it in storage if not protected from the rain?...The vibration could
be from lots of rust at the bottom part of the front disc brake rotors.
(That is what was the bottom or the rotor while it was parked).

I bought a car once that had been sitting outside in the weather and the
bottom of the front brakes had the rust issue...had the vibration like you
describe..drove me nuts until I had the front rotors turned.
