I have a 2003 Accord that has deveoped an obnoxious clicking sound
underneath the rear deck area to the right of the rear speaker. It appears to be emanating from the area where some panels overlap. The sound occurs sometimes when hitting the slightest bump especially if the car turning to the right. Hard bumps don't usually cause it, but tapping the brakes fairly hard does. I figure it is from uneven stress within those overlapping panels. Any one else have this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it? |

The dealer tightened the mounting bolts and the problem has not recurred in 3 years. These things are both built in the same factory in Ohio, so I wonder if that particular assembly worker just got back from an extended leave? |

I had the same thing in my 2001 Civic. It was the center brake light that
was causing the problem. "E.
