Car starts great > right away after beeing driven or some time afterwards. did you inspect the solder joints? the main relay problem is that it *will* work when cold, but when warm, the solder joints open up and it fails. open the relay, and check the solder joints. touch em up while youre at it. |

Voltages and solder joints aside - is the relay doing it's job? Can you hear it turnng the pump on when the key is in "on" position? |

I have done that, but why it works fine after a short time after engine has been turned off? Shouldn't it also happen in those occasions? |

Can you hear it turnng the pump on when the key is in > "on" position? It is doing its job (the pump lamp comes on, and in two seconds it turns off and fuel pressure valve can be heard always). I'm sure my problem is surely connected to too high temperature under hood but I don't know what? |
