Hi. My '95 Accord LX wagon has the stock wheel covers. When I drive on a
bumpy road, the wheel covers "clack" against the wheels. I know it's the covers because I can duplicate the sound if I hit them with my fist. The lug nuts are tight. Anyone heard of this, and if so, what did you do to cure it? I've thought of putting foam tape or globs of silicone on the wheels to secure the covers, but I thought I'd ask for suggestions first. Good point. It's common practice of most alignment shops to break off two
of them on each wheel to make it easier for them to put the cover back on without removing the wheel.... I guess maybe they think it will affect the alignment?
