I just recently rebuilt a 1.8 Liter engine on a 86 Honda Prelude. The
engine has twin carburators and we were very carful not to make any adjustments or change any settings. However, the engine won't idle or run at lower RPM's. Once you get past about 2500 it seems to run great with good acceleration in the higher gears. We checked the vacume lines and tried to make sure we connected them correctly with the diagram under the hood and everything seems to be in order. If anyone has any ideas on what's causing this problem or even tell me what I should check or test please let me know. |
