Default Honda factory parts?

Is there anywhere to get Honda factory parts cheaper than the dealers, in
Canada in particular?

I'm tired of the problems I've had with a set of aftermarket wheels. I'm
thinking those 2003 Civic Sport wheels, 7 spoke, 15", aluminum, might work
Ok on my 95 Accord to replace the 15" 4 bolts that I have now.

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com. Would be surprised if they don't
ship to Canada

The old Civic wheel can not fit on the Accord due to bigger stud spacing on
the Accord. I don't know if it apply to current Civic and Accord.

Those rims will not fit your Accord.
Accords 1990 + use a 4.5" bolt circle for the 4 bolt pattern.
Civics, Integras, 1989 and older accords, 91 and older preludes use a 4"
bolt circle for the 4 bolt pattern.
What kind of problems are you having with aftermarket rims?
