Is this oil around the outside of the plug or inside (on the threads and
around the electrodes)? If it is in the hole around the outside of the plug, then they screwed up the replacement of the rubber seal in the valve cover or didn't bother to clean out the hole when they did it. It is not hard to replace. You should replace all four of them and the valve cover seal (also a rubber gasket) at the same time. Be careful about the torque on the valve cover bolts when you put it back. Too tight and it can distort, causing more leaks.
