....will spare you his time-wasting drivel.

I use Xnews, it does the job nicely, though you have to edit the score file
manually.

Just insert these lines:

[.]

Score:: -9999
NNTP-Posting-Host: 204\.186\.

And you can skip him until he changes providers.
