Honda will redesign it but the engine will remain the same. Honda rarely builds
engines exclusively for one model, they borrow from already existing ones.

What it has as far as power is concerned is plenty compared to what the
first generation had. Honda didn't even put a tach in it for fear that the
customer would complain about how tight you had to wind it to get it to move
up hill.
