Hi,
No beep sound when I trigger locking or unlocking using remote Honda Civic
2000 model.
what could be the problem?
Alarm trigger is ok.Alarm works.
Only the normal beep sound is gone

Is it the factory alarm or aftermarket? If it is otherwise functional
(locks and unlocks doors ok) then it could just be a configuration
problem. I have a Clifford alarm in my Civic, and there are a bunch of
configuration options that can be set with the valet switch. You say
the alarm works -- am I right to assume that you mean the siren sounds
as well?
