Default 2000 to 2002 CRV??

Hi all,

I have been looking to buy a CRV and I am not sure what is the
better year. I know the 2002 has more horsepower and a new body.
Is it worth spending more for the 2002 than a 2000???
Does anyone here have any input for me??
I would love any suggestions!
Thanks,
Liz

Most assuredly. Better body rigidity, quieter ride, better build, more
legroom rear, better auto tranny, available sunroofs, more cargo area.
The 02 borders on being 'quick', our '00 is not a dog, but you have to rev
it noisily even though it's a manual.

On the other hand, you'd be very happy with a 2000. We were delighted
with our '97, and it was a bit less powerful than the 2000. We moved to
an Odyssey for the capacity, but miss the AWD. :-(

It is definitely worth it. I had an '01 and loved it, but the '02 has
many improvements.
