Default 1994 Honda Accord Exhaust System

My brother is getting ready to replace the exhaust on his daughter's
1994 Honda Accord LX (4 cyl) and was wondering if the OEM is best or
are there better options for the same amount of money.

I explained to my issue with the cheap muffler's at Midas in that they
may be free, but they get you with labor each time....and, at least
with our 88 Camry, it seemed like we were getting a new muffler about
every 2 years; whereas the original lasted more than 8 years.

So, he has a friend that does a lot of shadetree stuff; what muffler
would you all recommend that would last a long time??

Thanks in advance.

I've replaced the muffler on my 93 Accord SE and used OEM muffler. They
have a lifetime warranty.
