I tried your suggestion and nudged the wipers while on low speed but with no
success. I am convinced the problem is with the wiper lever/switch on the steering column. The problem I have now is, how do I remove the wiper lever/switch if I can't remove the top plastic steering column cover? Do I need to remove parts of the dashboard? <dold@UrgentX-XH.usenet.us.com> wrote in message news:bg4tkv$925$1@blue.rahul.net... > JL <jim@hotmail.com> wrote: > > I have a 3 door 84 Accord that has windsreen wipers only working on speed II > > (high).
