90 Honda Civic Hatchback starts sometimes....
Hi,
I have a 90 Honda civic hatchback and it seems to have some strange problems. Sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesn't. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to the behavior. Once the car starts it runs fine. The main relay has been changed so it's not that. Tested the spark and thats fine. The timing is right too. I think it might be a fuel problem and was considering the fuel regulator. The only thing is the manual says to test it with the car on. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanx.
