Problem with wiper ( Civic Ex 1996)
My wiper doesn't work anymore at any position. But I would like to be
sure that's the motor. The fuse is ok and the windshield washer works. When I turn on the wiper, the motor makes a strange noise. Is this defective motor at 100%?? Thanks
