It is not a timer it's a thermostatically controlled switch

Itis attached to a bracket, but kind of hangs out in the air. The wiring harness should have 7 wires. ALL the Honda timers I'm familiar with are black plastic, ABOUT 3.5" square and about 7/8" thick. |

Thanks bill i see a black box about the same size as you described that mounts the main relay also (Which i also have to replace)is that it? and mike thanks for your help but that swith is your low temp switch (switch A) that is not a timer that is housed on the radiator lol |

You can pry the case apart pretty easily if you want to try to repair it yourself. If you have electronics knowledge, you might be able to figure it out?? The one sample I had some componants that were too crispy to identify. If you get the new part, you could use that to possibly ID some componants. I have a couple (4k) gifs of the IC pinouts I could email you if desired. |
