I replaced mine at 145k on my '92 VX. Not because it needed it, but because
I was having some other work done at the time anyway. I did not see the condition of the old belt, but I felt 145k was pretty good, given it's spec'd life is 110k and it's recommended service life is 90k. I can't say they'd all make it to 145k, though. I'm up to 216k on the 2nd one--but now the tranny is starting to whine. I get it's replacement: a '02 Accord 2D EX V6 in October!
