oh ya it says that this car only takes Premium gas what would happen if i
put in regular?

If the care requires the expensive gas then use it. If you use regular gas
the engine is going to knock. Engine Knock = bad = possible engine damage.
Also I think the price is a little high for a 92. Also no rust? hmm recent
paint job ? Pick up a tri-ad ($3.00ish) and a Auto trader $2ish from the
corner store and check out the prices of car similiar to the one you like to
buy.

www.trader.ca lists 92 Legends in the Big Smoke from $5900 to $12,495. His
price sounds about right.
