Mine doesn't work! I cannot shift my car out of park. I suspect the
solenoid is bad because I don't hear it "click" when I depress the
brake. I have two questions:

1) If i buy a solenoid, can I easily replace it myself?
2) I recently removed my factory radio to connect a CD changer.
Could I have done something in all the digging and moving around
back
there?

Check and make sure you have brake lights. I had a Toyota 4-Runner that
poped the breaklight fuse from time to time. The only reason I knew it had
done it was that the interlock didn't work.
