Sorry to hear your troubles, but this type of
thing is all to common. Dealers are chronic liars. Whatever course you decide upon, do NOT correspond via email or the telephone. EVERY thing should be done thru mail, USPS. Keep a copy of everything, and utilize Certified delivery, etc. USPS Mail is viewed in a different light, in court and by the stealer, er...I mean dealer. "P.
