Most of the time, the dealer doesn't have a bodyshop and he sub-contracts a
local bodyshop for everything more than just replacing part i.e. all actual bodyshop jobs. This is the case with my dealer and I know which bodyshop they go to. When it was something paid by the insurance, I went to the dealer to avoid any warranty problems later. It happened to me in the past to deal with a bodyshop directly and they tried to play yoyo afterwards: "...this is not related to the accident, go see your dealer...", "...this is not under Honda warranty, it is related to your accident, go see your bodyshop/insurance..." But when somebody bent my fender, I went directly to the bodyshop and they fixed it for 15$ cash.
