I sympathize, because I too have dealt with dealers who would lie straight
to my face.

In this case, if I were you I wouldn't worry too much about. Yes, those SOB
lied. But if I remember the settlement correctly, Honda would just inspect
before the 75k miles mark and replace some emission parts after 75k plus an
oil change, and warranty the emission system for full 150k. So, all they
cheated you is the "inspection" and replaced some parts two years earlier.

I would find another dealer for service, as you've already did, and mention
to everyone who would consider patronizing the first dealer of its excellent
work.
