Once a week, or so, my '94 Accord 5 speed will not start. It just ran
fine, then nothing. It is not always when the car is hot, as it has
happened after sitting overnight. The starter is just fine, being replaced
a year ago.

If I start the car by push starting, then immediately shut it off, it
generally always starts immediately. Therefore my guess is that it is the
main relay. In particular, the starter control circuit.

My intent is to replace the relay, but any other ideas what else it may be??

I believe I had the same problem with my 92 acord. After many trials to get
it fixed it turned out to be the main relay underneath the Sterringwheel. An
expensive little piece but I was able to install it myself with some
difficulty.
