Honda Accord

The EGR valve on My 2000 Honda Accord has been
replaced. But now I am told that the EGR ports need cleaning. The
check engine light is on and keeping me from an inspection sticker.
How do I clean the ports and can I do it myself. thanks. The car is a
2000 Honda Accord 4cyl.
