The service manual for the European market '98 Accord says GRN/BLK. The US market '96 also uses GRN/BLK. Incidentally, the '94 Civic uses the same wire color. To make sure, just open the cover in the trunk as if you are changing tail light bulbs. Then you can see the wire colors.
